Last Sega developed game on a Sega console

Just like the subject says, was wondering what the last Sega developed game on a Sega console was? I am a collector and really want to preserve as much of the Dreamcast history as I can and I know that this includes Sega's last developed game on a console of their own. Having some trouble finding this information, anyone able to shed some light?

I keep hoping this will change to become Sonic Mania on Sega Saturn. After 20 years, Saturn gets a proper 2D Sonic game?! I can dream. ;)

Have you played the leaked beta version of Sonic Mania for Saturn?...

You can download it here if you wanna give it a spin.

SEGA did not make Border Down, GREV did. Also Puyo Puyo Fever, as stated above is the last release made by SEGA for the Dreamcast and thus their last console.
