Juno won't let me access any other websites than their own because of not having the latest software.

Juno won't let me access any other websites than their own because of not having the latest software.
Is there a way to circumvent this? I can't use my web browser for any other site other than Juno's, and I can't download their new software.

I used to use juno years ago but they don't work on dreamcasts anymore, its only pc software now. Best way to play now is dreampi
