ASCIIpad Replacement rubbery thing

So I finally got an ASCII pad, and the rubbery part under the d-pad is pretty much toast (two of the pad parts have come off, making them kinda useless). Are there any other, cheaper controllers that would be a perfect fit for that part, or do I have to find a specific replacement?

I think your best bet to to take apart other controllers and you may get lucky. Maybe get another ascii brand parts controllerof ebay?
