It won't connect to any web pages at all, it gives the same message. I tried to connect to Toy Racer and I get a "no carrier" message...

Comnect with Q3A ysing your dreampi. At the end of the connection sequence it should say "connected at 193.168.x.x"

That will be your dreamcasts ip. Id try dmzing that first, since it seems you can ping google.

Youll need to login to your router, goto WAN settings and look for anything regarding DMZ, should be a single field where you can enter 1 IP address. Thats where you enter your dreamcast ip. Once you do that reboot your pi and try connecting again.

You can rule out a port forwarding/DMZ issue. You don't need that in order to connect. You'll only run into issues with some games when you're actually trying to start/create a game.

Are both lights on the modem lit up?

In that case I'd say it's either an issue with the line voltage inducer or the Dreamcast modem.

Ok, I'll try switching out the Dreamcast modem... I can try using the TLS 3 again too...

No luck with trying a different modem, same results. I also tried using the TLS 3 instead of the Line Voltage Inducer, and I get the same results as well, so my guess is that they probably both work ok...
