I don't know exactly how it's supposed to be done, but when I burn DC games with Discjuggler, the settings are like this:

CD-XA
UNCHECK add post gap to third party images

[damned]

so this are my padus settings i use

burnspeed 4x

is there any diffrence between cd-da / cd-rom / cd-xa and cd-i?

I tried cd-xa with only raw checked (burnspeed 4x, mode 2) and it dont work

Look over the bottom of the DC one last time and keep looking and you will see something like oct 2000

i think you might have missed it. i uploaded an image of one of my stickers. you will see the date circled in red, mine says

"MANUFACTURED: August,
2000 WK"

If you would pay shipping I would mail you a disc I burnt. Just shipping and maybe a bit to cover the disc itself... Not the content ON the disc... I could make you a disc of whatever for you to test.

not sure what other questions you had. i would suggest trying a new brand of CDs and testing on another computer if you can. also Discjuggler gives me a hard time some times. like if i burn a game it will work, but i will have to uninstall DJ before burning another game. each install only works for one burn. idk why it does this to me? so i guess a fresh install might help? is sure couldn't hurt to try it anyway.
