Dreamcast Upgrade Sugestions/Help (DCHDMI, Pico, Noctua)

Its been a while from Will @ Retrohacks but I did get an update today. He's a busy man with his own day job as well as lots of hobby jobs he works on in-between as well, let alone dealing with everything else thats been going on over the last few months. I'm in no rush for the work, but the quality speaks for itself. Now that its going DC-HDMI, he's doing a custom backplate for my dreamcast to replace the ugly holes from the previous VGA/Bios mods. Looking pretty good so far.
