i think because simply there aren't other tracks in that prototype release ?
the main file 'track03.iso' is 1GB, but in reality contains just 100MB of data, so i presume there is no much more into...

First of all, the best forum you can ask for stuff like this is over at Obscure Gamers. They are a site specializing in prototypes and unreleased alphas and betas. People over there know how to hack in stuff to betas to get other elements working especially on Dreamcast.

@CHAL Gaming, I don't want to disappoint you but the prototype has 103MB of data while the final game has 650MB of data.
The "MAPS" folder, which contains the levels, is 100MB in the prototype and 608MB in the final game.
