Something is definitely blocking the Dreamcast or the Pi from accessing he internet. Do you have a firewall or parental controls on your router? You might try disabling them temporarily to see if that solves the issue.

I did try that as mentioned in the first post. My ISP isn’t blocking third-party DNS servers either. I’m trying out phantasy start v2 now that it came in the mail today.

I booted it through the patcher

Dialed a connection but I got left on this screen.

Is it possible you could bring the Pi and Dreamcast to someone else' house to test? That way you could confirm or eliminate the ISP or router as the issue.

You could try. It's not the best connection to use permanently but it might work for a test.

Plugged the pi to my TV and his is what I’m seeing. The first time I checked on it, it kept spamming the same messages nonstop, they were moving so fast I couldn’t read them. I was able to make out a warning message out of all the things it was saying.
