I do remember someone telling me about some of the competitors for china looking like they were only eight years old but i dont remember much about it.

yeah, but I've seen asian movies(mostly Japanese) and most of the actresses look younger than 15 or if they try making them look young you can tell they are older because you can see facial strach marks or tiny scar thimgies!
