Yes it is, VGA and widescreen patched, can't post the hex code since I lost it, so I shared the gdi images already patched.

This version is mentioned 30fpsbut with vga you have the 60Hz.
I played the standard PAL version 30fps 50Hz, it's very slow during exploration game.
[EDIT] for me this version doesn't run with last gdmemu software version and dreamshell 0.6.11_se loader, so the game crash during intro...
I'm try to add this widescreen hacks in the uncensored version but the game doesn't boot, it's very strange...

Hey, for anyone from the future reading this, I've fixed the errors of the Japanese_cake patch that's used here, undoing the PAL optimizations that caused audio desync issues.
So any other patching like Widescreen etc, should be done to the "Skies of Arcadia - Perfect 60Hz RGB+VGA (Desync Fix) Patch" release instead.
