Some games dont have pal 60 option there are more that are like that on pal this happens to be one of them.. Got nothing to do with other games this dont..

play it vga it be full speed pal or not

You can avoid this with vga cable for this game it supports vga on the pal version which it would then be fullspeed..

It depends on the game, some are optimised to run better at 50Hz. If not they generally give you a 60Hz option.

I don't remember how Virtua Stirker is as I always played on a US console.

Nowadays you can mod your DC pretty easily to output 60Hz or use a VGA box as Ian suggested.

OK it turn out that i use Virtua striker 2 usa version , i tried Virtua striker 2 ver europe and it runs super fast

That is strange. Does the PAL version give you a 60Hz option?

I have heard of some US games only running in 50Hz on a PAL console, I think RE:CV was one.

This was one of the reasons I imported a US console back in the day, was tired of the PAL garbage, lol.
