Following this thread for any updates! As someone that had the Dreamcast in 1999 at age 14 and made my first websites painstakingly on it -- I'm invested. It's great nostalgia for me, along with WebTV. Cheers guys

Mind sharing your experience? You mentioned made the website on the dreamcast, did you use a web tool like planetweb or isaho? I see pages from bach then and see why they were popular, though it must have been a pain to make anything in that fasion... so many sites have so little content.
