I'm the author of the patcher. It uses some helper utilities that your anti-virus is false-positive flagging.
I'd suggest trying again, and temporarily turning off your anti-virus.

Yeah knew by the name but um turning off the anti virus not a option! Quite few on to be fair not going to mess with at all. No worries miss out on this.

Truly recommend changing the Miyama stage for the Snowing Miyama for everyone last story stage.
