I'm at work presently, but can I use the BBA with a Dreamcast Web Browser? I've only played PSO online with my BBA and hadn't had the curiosity to try browsing.

Just to clarify, this tool is built for modern web browsers and not the Dreamcast Web Browser. Currently you can use this tool to more easily create ICONDATA_VMS files on a modern device, than previous methods. However, how you transfer it to the VMU is up to you. There are several existing methods to get files back and forth from computer and DC.

For this project I just used my existing project DCVMUICONS.net's website to test the files I created during development, which is compatible with Dreamcast Web Browser. My very next project will make it easier to download/upload VMU files directly through the Dreamcast's web browser though.
