Finally, Altered Beast works best on auto frameskip with video and audio on 100% clock. Frameskip 1 is too jerky and frameskip 0 is too slow. It should be somewhere in between. For Liquid Kids, frameskip 1 and video and audio clock on 100% is perfect. Three Wonders should be optimized. I'll test the settings later today.

I changed the values of mame4all to play liquid kids and Altered beast. Video and sound on throttle 100% with frameskip on 1. Both games are clean without graphical problems and play beautifully. With your knowledge on mame4all you can make the settings remain for each start of the games. We can hope in the way that Ian michael does with dreamneo, an optimization on each of the 3 games I told you about. If everyone could have their own auto armorcable cdi it would be really great. Altered Beast, liquid kids and three wonders are really games that deserve their cdi. Try if you can. There are not many people who know how to optimize games on dreamcast, it's a real shame because by optimizing for each game the result on titles that are really worth it work so well that it looks like a professional conversion. Good luck and thanks in advance. The Dreamcast will remain for me the best console made for playing arcade games at home.

Already Altered Beast and 3 wonders with optimized settings in the Arcade Deluxe Collection. Liquid Kids a can be more optimized. Well, in configurations less is better so if you game 100% sound and video, really forces dreamcast to more processing, meanwhile less performance. First, test 3 wonders and Altered Beast with current config in the collection and compares. I can change settings for optimized Liquid Kids and do cd 3-in-1 . However, give me some time.

Here are the results of my tests for the best settings on Altered Beast, Liquid Kids and Three Wonders. On Altered Beast, your setting on 60% sound and video and auto frameskip is good. The game is fluid, no problems. It must have a frameskip located between 0 and 1. Congratulations Lou P. Then on Liquid Kids I persist and I sign sound and video settings on 100% frameskip 1. Everything is good. With this setting the bosses are not bugged it is clean throughout the game and fluid. Tested on my Dreamcast Pal. It is absolutely perfect. For Three Wonders I left your settings I just changed by putting frameskip on 1 it is very clean and fluid too. The only problem is the hero sprite which disappears and reappears when you lose. On auto frameskip it is jerky I find that it lacks fluidity. It is up to you to see what works best but on Liquid Kids for me it is the best setting. Altered Beast, your setting is the best. We should still check on Three Wonders, but we're making pretty good progress. Our Dreamcast deserves this CD with these 3 games optimized on one CD. Good luck, Lou P. And thank you.

I have the same problem with the RCA cable, the titles are cut off at the bottom of the menus. It certainly works better on VGA. We don't all have VGA. My Dreamcast is connected to my LED HD TV in the living room via RCA on an AV channel. I play it very often alone, with friends or family. It's our relic lol

I didn't know that Adventure of Little Ralph PS1 was now translated into English. You have to ask shindougo to make an autobootable bleemcast version. For my part, I use the bleemcast beta blue version by Ian Michael, the one with the PS1 bios in boot video before the bleem loading screen. I find it much more fun to start a PS1 game on Dreamcast this way. Otherwise, I also have autobootable versions of Shindougo and real PS1 games
