indeed, I even bought a hdtv, for the sole reason of playing my dc through its vga box (my gf still watches tv on her old telly )

Hahaha I got one for xmas! It's a little bigger than my old TV too.

not only does it work on CRT monitors, they are the best choice. they give the best picture in most cases. this is because older CRTs support 640 x 480 native and most newer monitors don't. so the new ones have to convert the image to their native resolution.

I think the crt monitor is the better choice...
I'm using a lacie 22" Flat CRT monitor and the image quality is amazing
