I recall last year in a internet poll about the top 10 companies with the worst customer service and Foot Locker was like the seventh ranked one.

lmao foot locker is a shoe store. lockerz.com is a point based web site. they give you items for earning points.

My bad. I don't buy shoes online but my baby brother does, I guess I'll ask him if he ever ordered from lockerz.com because I recall he did.

idk what that site is? but on lockerz you watch videos and answer questions among other things. they give you points for that. you then can take the points that you have earned and redeem prizes.

Yeah lockerz got real bad.. Ive stopped using it a long time ago..

I recently got a email that if you PAY for a subscription, you get double or triple the PTZ (according to the subscription, theres like premium and gold)..

I stopped using it when they stopped making regular FREE redemption and started using that Shopz thingy, where you can trade PTZ for prizes, but a DAMN lot PTZ..

It was a great website, at the beginning. Now they are literally taking your money away. Id rather save my real life money and get what i want.

Im sorry i made a topic about this a long time ago, trying to get people on it, but like i just said: it USED to be great. Now its shit.
