Im using Windows Xp 32 also how i can know if my mode is a voice one?

You could try looking it up. Most 56k modems are voice modems though. If you're using windows XP you can follow the guide I made using VMware. But its not working with Quake III or StarLancer at the moment. And 4x4 is a little laggy. I'm trying to find a fix for it. Alternatively you can do a dual boot on your computer and install linux or windows 98 alongside your current OS. There is a guide for Windows XP, but I don't think it works correctly.

If you don't want to dual boot Ubuntu has a windows installer that install linux as a windows app but lets you choose between the too an bootup but you can remove the linux from add/remove programs. Just download ubuntu and burn to a cd and load it in windows and choose install inside windows.
