Nope, only released on Dreamcast. You must be thinking of something else.

Ah, I must have been thinking of The Ancients Of Ooga, an Xbox Arcade game. The characters look similar but I'm not sure whether it is related to the Dreamcast game or not.

Hmmm, never heard of it but I'm sure it's completely unrelated as it's a puzzle platformer. Ooga Booga is like a tropical Smash Bros.

Yeah Ooga Booga was the muts nuts, its a hilarious little game. I love the banter between the Kahunas, Twitchies little noises and Hoody shouting "Little TWITCHY MAN!!" absolutely adore that game, I need to play it more as I never unlocked any of the hidden stuff lol

Gauntlet Legends might be worth a try. The DC version would be epic if you could buy food.
It's criticized because it's an amalgam of different Gauntlet games, but people generally didn't get the DC. I think alot of Sega's creative teams had the foundation of knowing they were working with true arcade graphics through VGA. That was like, ground zero in most cases. To them it was a given, to the public is was just a largely unknown and untapped thing. So, I believe the mix of games is meant as more of a quilted-together homage, and the true vivid arcade-style presentation is the real point.

I love gauntlet legends, I come together with a friend 2 or 3 times a year, just to play this game, we both have a vmu with our 10 year old saves & we just play it over & over again

I dunno, something about it just made me irritable lol, I might have to try it out again but I've never played it with other people, no one I know is interested in that sort of game on the Dreamcast, everyone who comes round my place just plays Black Ops or Kinect lol. I do need to try Record Of Loddoss war again as I have regained a certain taste for top down RPG dungeon crawlers again after playing Sacred 2 again
