If futuristic racers are your thing then Rush 2049 and Magforce Racing (aka Killer loop) will satisfy :D

definitely, both are awesome, I think from a racing pov I prefer Mag Force, because the racing is just awesome fun, but Rush has sooo many modes its ridiculous lol

I wish the cars looked cooler or at least sleaker in magforce racing...

A new trivial question:

I just got my copy of JPN Capcom vs SNK 2 in the mail today. It's in a standard CD jewel case with white plastic for the spine/disc holding area (I mention this because I've seen pictures of JPN games with black plastic and clear plastic for the back area as well).

I noticed that the CD case is slightly bigger than the USA DC CD cases. It is "thicker" and you can notice it especially if you put the jpn case flat on a table next to a us case.

Are all JPN DC cases like this? And if they are, is it a DC thing? Or are non-DC cd cases from Japan incrementally thicker as well?

No, just the ones with a bigger booklet AFAIK...

Yup. What he said! A bigger thicker booklet will require slightly thicker casing to hold it (oh I wish some one made replacement cases in these sizes... sigh :/) And it's not all games, 3S, MVC2, Power Stone 2, Climax Landers, Guilty Gear, Fighting Vipers 2 are examples at the top of my head that have slightly bigger casing. You are familiar with CVS2 lol!

I once found a site that sold all these cases of varying thicknesses. I posted the address on another forum a few years ago but |i'm damned if I remember where it is. I just Googled it and didn't find anything :(

As a matter of interest, if you've played either of them, what do you think of Star Wars Episode 1:Racer and Zusar Vasar ?

Haven't even heard of the Latter... as for Star Wars, I have not although the game is a port of the N64 game of the same name (which I have played) I always wished the game was a port of the Sega arcade game of star wars racer :/

I really wish u knew who sold those darn cases! Lol!

Wow nuts, I just tried to fit the CVS2 manual, which doesn't look that thick, into a normal CD cover, and it wouldn't fit. This makes me much angrier since the larger CD case for the used copy I just got has a crack and lots of scuffs on the plastic cover.
Star Wars Episode 1:Racer and Zusar Vasar ?
Never played the Star Wars games for DC. I'm not really a fan of the star wars universe.
Zusar Vasar has to be some kind of joke ;) I guess it's an original concept to do future robotic chariot races, but neither the graphics or the gameplay stand out. The graphics seem pretty average, and I'd rank the gameplay and fun factor as well below average.

New question: Was Trickstyle a Windows CE game? It looks pretty cool with the 3d environments and characters, I'm just greatly disappointed it seems to run at 20-30FPS (and isn't VGA compatible?)
