What about the Japanese only Sega Gaga. That had tons of Sega related things. I haven't played it but I have seen videos.

Can anyone remember the F355 video on the game (I think you had to go online with it) where this guy walks around the garage, gets in his red ferrari and screeches off around the track ? I could have sworn that was Ryo from Shenmue ? You never get to see the face but the t-shirt, jeans and sneekers looked very familiar !
