Congrats on yer find, man.
Phantasy Star Online, Jet Set Radio, Sonic Adventure, and Space Channel 5 are a few of my favorites, and the suggestions I can bring to the table.

also may I just say that Dreamcast has one of the most amazing collections of 2d style shooter games ever, with titles such as the following to name but a few:
Ikaruga
Borderdown
Psyvariar 2
Castle Of Shikigami 2
Zero Gunner 2
Mars Matrix 1 + 2
Chaos Field
Bangai-O
and MANY MORE!!

wait wait wait?!?! Mars Matrix 2?! If you are getting MM and GW confused I'm going to freak out haha but off to google!

There is no Mars Matrix 2 for the Dreamcast, I'm fairly certain he's thinking of GigaWing 1 and 2.
