The cooling system on a rev 0 is of little importance, at least less important than the GD Drive that was built for it. That is perhaps the biggest reason to want rev 0 unit (IMO). Then I found out that a few rev1 were built with this unique drive as well!
Oh, and welcome btw!

Re: 2 Rev0s and New to DT
Found another one! Hands of gold, man. Can't find regular dreamcasts to save my life apparently.
This one is unusual. The label compared to my other American Rev0 DC is "upside down", and the system is sealed not with philips, but with torx screws. Instead of AE in the corner, it's labeled TK. New one is on the right:

My REV1 Dreamcast is labelled TK. I also have a REV2 Dreamcast labelled SA. Never seen one with an upside down label though. Maybe it was just a manufacturing blip.

EDIT: Shit, why did this come up twice? I think my internet fucked off while it was submitting. How do I delete this?

Yeah, I thought the upside down label was very odd. That and the bar code sticker seems to be in a different font, and further up towards the controller ports than my other DCs.

Re: 2 Rev0s and New to DT
Hmm, maybe someone tampered with the stickers considering now both stickers are strangely placed.

I doubt it. These DC system stickers that are on all DCs seem to be on there pretty good, and these "stickers" almost look like a metal like material. Plus, there are no pick marks, like from a finger nail. Not even on the paper based sticker with the barcode which would have been destroyed easily if it was removed.

They can be easily removed without having to prick them, especially that barcode sticker! It's atop of plenty of vent holes so it ain't attatched to much.

Re: 2 Rev0s and New to DT
It does not look like anything has been moved at all. Given what the original owner had with it, and what the store he sold it to was selling it for, it's not like he was trying to make it worth more by switching things around.
It's hard to explain, I can't show it to you in person, but this doesn't feel at any part that these have been lifted and reset by hand.
