You can always make up your own serial number and access key. It will take quite a few attempts but i've made up some in the past.

EDIT: This would of never worked on the original PSO servers but I was able to edit one of my own serial numbers and change a digit and PSO would still accept it.

And using a key you make up and/or "guess" on Sylverant would be in violation of the rules of the server... So... Don't do that.

I was not aware of that particular rule. Do not follow my advice if you don't want to get banned!
