I vaguely remember watching Speed Racer as a wee little kid a long, long time ago ('70s probably). Then there was Voltron and "Robotech" (Americanized versions obviously). Still left quite an impression on me even though I had no idea then how much they'd been altered.

My anime watching prime was early-mid '90s; just whatever the local video rental stores had...when there were such things. I can't remember everything I saw either, but off the top of my head, I do remember liking:
Project A-Ko
Dirty Pair
The Guyver (?)
Ranma 1/2
Dragonball
DBZ
Yu Yu Hakusho

The last 3 are the only ones I've seen in the last 15+ years.
Although I did find some old Ranma 1/2 VHS tapes I had in storage and watched those again just last year! Still pretty funny after 18 years. I should still have Fatal Fury 2 and Samurai Shodown animes around somewhere, too...

I watched the Fatal Fury anime movie! That was surprisingly enjoyable. There was also an Art of Fighting one - that is sort of so bad it is good.

Same here! Used to rent VHSs before anime was really as popular as it became. I saw Project Ako as well. And Ultimate Teacher. I thought it was pretty cool at the time.

I also watched some of the stuff on cartoon network (US tv station) in the late 90s - so I saw Gundam Wing, Gundam Endless Waltz, DBZ, and Outlaw Star. - I really liked Outlaw Star come to think of it... never saw the final 10 eps though...

Wish it was September already...can't wait to go back to Anime USA.

Not sure what I want to watch next. Just finished Kaze No Stigma, which wasn't bad.....any suggestions? My bf & I are suppose to watch sword art online but we haven't had the time....

Yeah. I never saw the AoF one. Always wanted to though. I should look on Youtube one day...

There were 2 Fatal Fury oavs, that followed the games' stories. Those were OK. But then there was "The Movie" that was a totally original story, and ironically that's probably what made it the best of the 3...

Samurai Shodown, I liked it enough, but...It was rather dull. Ninja Scroll did practically the same theme, but did it so much better.

Me too. Cartoon Network was where I saw Yu Yu Hakusho and Dragonball. Even watched a little Sailor Moon at times too. I didn't care for the Gundams though for some reason. But Outlaw Star was good. And I just remembered Blue Gender and Cowboy Bebop. Guess I've seen a lot more than I thought over the last decade...

More like a mod, and I also doubt that those two added ports work, it should be more like an aesthetic mod.
