Or you should wait until 2015 because That's when SEGA plans on opening facilities in major US cities.

Its a partnership between bbc and sega. As the website states: sega will provide their technological expertise, while bbc will provide their extensive nature content.

It's actually one of many joint ventures planned.


I've been doing some deep probing and digging on the "Orbi" brand and have even gotten in touch with Intellectual Property Attorneys. It turns out there's more to this "Orbi" thing than means the eye. Intent To Use Trademarks are very complex and become more ambitious than people think. I can't wait for SEGA to finally explain all of their plans with "Orbi".( Note to Impusle, don't worry I won't speculate or post anything. I will contact IP Attorney's so I can learn why the brand's description is so discrete and humongous. )

(Looks up Intellectual Property Attorney for USPTO question.) Soon, an Attorney will provide me with some legit factual answers on Trademark laws.
