It seems a reasonable price IMO.
Yeah, that's a common thing. That or the tabs wear out eventually and doesn't get a good grip on the cable.

nope, half is motherboard based, so electronic; and the other half is a body armor from organic scales (parts from lobsters, crabs, scorpions, etc...)
