Thats awesome, I always wanted to change the lights in one of my DCs. I should have when I painted that one. You should posts some pics of it if you get the chance.

well, i saw this stuff at devcast site, now the site doesn't exist anymore (maybe a different url now), it had info on how to this stuff, what to buy, where to connect etc.......

bought the stuff in a electronics shop and then i connected everything.
now my dreamcast is broken, i will get a new one shortly so i can transfer some parts to my dc, then it's dreamcast mania all over again

Thats awesome, the pics look good especially for a cell phone. Did you put those holes on the side for ventalation?

I remember seeing an FAQ on how to replace lthe LED lights in your DC. If I find it again i'll post it up.
