Just tried recording a video in Visual Park using a standard desktop PC microphone and it worked but the volume was extremely low. I had to practically yell into the mic in order to hear anything. Maybe it would work better with a different microphone but I only have the one to test. So yes, it does work but performance may vary depending on what mic you use.
