Does the Dreamkey 3.0 work with the BBA, as shipping for the Planet 3.0 from the US to the UK is a joke and the XDP doesn't burn/work correctly as it keeps rebooting the PAL Dreamcast

I have been looking for images of the PlanmetWeb 3.0 and 3.0 Google editions and haven't seen any reliable links online.
Thankfully I ended up finding my self-boot copies in storage last night, and have ripped them to img/cue files (I don't know how to rip to CDI, but I have test burned both versions and they work perfectly.)
I also downloaded XDP LE R-4 and re-zipped it to a single file instead of 15 files from the original website (http://pc.psilocybindreams.com/).
