Howdy Partners! Chris here from Team Saber Rider.
Thank you for your interest in our Game.
Unfortunately we can not offer you a direct pledge level for the Dreamcast version because it is still a stretch goal.
However, we have added a Q&A and explain how you can pledge directly for the classic ports.
We would love to do the classic ports very much. With you help it can work. Dont wait, pledge today!
With more pledges we reach the stretchgoals much faster and the become possible.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris, welcome to Dreamcast-Talk nice to see you registered yourself overhere. We are very eager to see this game being released on Dreamcast. To get the ball rolling I just pledged myself hoping the Dreamcast version becomes reality!

Releasing games on Dreamcast -in a way- makes no sense also, seeing you're basically limiting the possibility versus the more modern platforms. Still it has something magical, playing brand new games on a system that has been abandoned by it's creator for many years. So I gladly pay a premium for this experience, and truth be told, for this addition of my collection.mazonemayu wrote:commendable, you're actually gonna pay twice for the same game![]()
And thank you for giving us the opportunity to perhaps receive a new Dreamcast title!teamsaberrider wrote:@Wombat Thank you very much!

Re: Saber Rider: A new Dreamcast game on Kickstarter !
I actually dont care too much about PS4 and Xbox when it comes to this game. I wanted to play this as a kid on my SNES so I care much more about the classic ports because this is like you said somthing magical. That is why I placed this classic ports before the PS4 and Xbox. Besides that, the wohle project is something which was never done before in this way. We dont have final graphics yet but we have Simon Butler a veteran from Ocean Software which was big in 16Bit times. With him we will bring you the most "new" genuine 16-Bit game you can get! Real 80s IP, Classic Ports and a Pxel Artist from back then. What do you want more?
So if you want to make the DC port a reality, pledge now so we can reach this goal

Simon Butler is a nice addition for sure.

Okay guys, we get a lot of questions for the dreamcast evrsion but people are not pletching because the think that the Stretchgoal is too high. We are consider to restructure the stretchgoals and I would like to know what you think. We want to try to lower the DC Stretchgoal to 100k. This should be doable right?
