Didn't add how many of each, but for most of them I have more than one. Doubles, special editions and import versions. I think I have around 20 Dreamcasts, including the Biohazard S.T.A.R.S. edition...

Fair enough. I shouldn't have included the DC in this thread to start with...

But I find it kinda hard to answer your initial question. I consider every console to have a few good games that make purchasing the console worthwhile. But if I have to choose, I'd go for the SNES with a PowerPak, PS1 and PS2 with HDD and HD Advance. It's really impossible to choose between them since all 3 have a very nice and very vast repertoire of good games...

Interesting choices. I understand what you mean, it must be tough picking a favourite when you're obviously passionate about so many systems. I'd love to have a collection like yours but finding space to put them all............you must live in a mansion

I've never played on a SNES with or without powerpack and my PS1 experience was limited to Wipeout, Parappa, Vib Ribbon and Driver 1&2. I do have plenty of other PS1 games though as I bought quite a few to test BLEEM! with.

I got hold of a s/h slim PS2 + a few games but so far haven't had chance to really get to grips with the machine. I just bought a really expensive all singing and dancing, gold-plated, titanium injected (ok I made that up) component cable set - really looking forward to wiring it up and seeing what it looks like through that.

My favourite (yes, after Dc) would have to be Gamecube. Quite apart from all the multitude of great first party games, there are other games like Winning Eleven, Eternal Darkness, Gregory Horror and Killer7 which I still play today.

Mmmm.........I havent come across PS2 HD Advance (what's that?) and I'd even forgotten you could get a Hard Drive for it !

You really should look into playing more PS1 and PS2 games. Both consoles have a ridiculous amount of good games and hidden gems. Just a few days ago I bought Skullmonkeys and Devil Dice for PS1. Just to name a few... ^^

Those two look right up my street Devil Dice seems like a nice little game and that vid for Skullmonkeys really made me want to investigate it further.

You're right of course, I should look into getting more Ps1/2 games. Actually, I recently spent quite a few weeks searching for reasonably priced copies of ICO and SOTC so that I could really sink my teeth into a couple of games I've wanted to play for ages on PS2..........only for my girlfriend to buy me the HD remakes on Ps3 for christmas I shouldn't moan though, a nice surprise to have on any system

Oh, thanks for the info on the HDAdvance. I'll certainly be looking to get that bought and sorted in the near future.

I got this added to my collection a few months ago. We now also have a Wii & a 360 Elite which is under going repair atm.
