Did you download "xpdccc.zip" from the first post and give it a try? It's very easy.

1) Download the "CodeBreaker all cheats save file 2.5.zip" from the first post and extract it.

2) Download "xpdccc.zip" from the first post and extract it. Then, launch "xpdc_code_compiler.exe".

3) Click "Load File" and select "fcdcheats (openMenu).txt" (extracted from "CodeBreaker all cheats save file 2.5.zip").

4) Make any desired changes to the codes.

5) Click Browse to choose where to write the new cheat file, then click "Compile Save".

6) Copy that new save file to "\GDMENUCardManager.v2.0.1-win-x64\tools\openMenu\menu_data\cheats\" and rename it to "FCDCHEATS.BIN".

7) Open your SD card with GDMENU Card Manager and click "Save Changes" to rebuild openMenu with your modified cheat database.

I just noticed Dolphin Blue, wowww LuC-iTA can make cheats for Atomiswave too!? Limitless

Infinite MP for Record of Lodoss War PAL edition doesn't work and if you check fcdcheats for JAPAN, it's 4 lines and not 2 lines.

Maybe Infinite Mana by Codejunkies from gamehacking.org could be converted?
