Lol that's nuts. I bought a psx when they were still somewhat new, and I think my demo disc came with a nonplayable video demo of Krazy Ivan. The name popped into my head as an uncertain possibility when I saw your screenshot, but I've barely seen pictures or videos of it let alone played it.
