Here is a video series I'm working on for retro online games. Brourke288 and I play quake 3 online and show yinz how to play offline maps while online Also TacT is in here showing me how to run the map commands. Radkin played too but our capture footage was toast and we had to scrap it Next time we will be getting together on 4x4 evolution. I'll be scheduling a big meet for it!

Nice vid, Impulse. I can't believe how smooth and beautiful Quake still looks. I'm really in the mood to play it now. I agree that it's one of the best looking DC games and maybe, from a technical standpoint, the best graphical achievement.

Thanks Neohound and Dobbs! I'm glad it got you interested in pulling out Q3. I've explored that game so much over the years. It feels like an old friend haha.

Thanks bud, nah not yet. I've got a Hauppauge HD PVR 1 which does either RCA/S=Video or Component signals in. I have the Hanzo VGA Box and I bought a VGA to component converter which works when connecting it to the tv and works INCREDIBLY well but the Hauppauge doesn't see the picture from the converter which is soo bizarre

That is weird. Does that capture device have hdmi? If so, maybe an vga to hdmi converter like i'm using would work.
