Well no, not really. The Dreamcast Live server is up but that's just one I'm putting up temporarily until Dreamcast-Talk has their own.

when i put 71.192.103.150 and then click on the server it stucks at connecting...
It all goes well with brazilian server.
I tried to start server at myself and i needed to forward 2048 TCP and 2049 UDP ports on my router. After I did it everyone could connect to me. Maybe that's the issue on your side.

Nope, I already did that. I've already played with a few people on my server and they all had no issues. Not sure what's causing the connection problem with some people. It might be a glitch with the Windows version of the server software.

I still can't connect.

I've forwarded ports 2048 and 2049 on my router, ive re-setup my BBA using pcwizards guide, and it still won't get past dialling.

Im going to try a burnt US copy tonight, if that fails, i give up.

There's no such thing as a US copy. Toy Racer was only released in Europe.

Have you tried both my server and the Brazilian one? Same results? Different results?

I cant try any because I don't get to the part where you enter the server ip
