Id love to see custom controls so we can use the panther dc or twinsicks

Omnibot asked me about that yesterday. I wasn't sure so I asked Chui. I can confirm now (and it will be stated in our KS campaign) that controls will be 100% customizable and Xenocider will of course support arcade stick... but also keyboard+mouse AND TWIN STICK! :D

Is it dreamcast only? I ask because I'm not sure how much money you might expect to gather considering the size of the DC communnity. €10,000 should be doable. Did not redux dark matters raise 30,000? Was that Dc only though? I'll try and find money to back it though.

Dreamcast, PC (Windows, Mac, Linux) and something else I can't reveal for now :)

Makes sense. With a larger audience there's a better chance of being funded.

Dreamcast 2 lol

Once the game is finished and the dramcast version has been out for a while say maybe 6 months - a year would you ever consider revealing the number of units sold ? I've been curious for ages as to how many units indie dreamcast games have sold over the years and if the developers/publishers actually make profit that would be interesting to know.

Hmmm... I don't see why not.

That's an entirely different story. We could be selling thousands of units and not make a profit because we miscalculated the cost of development or too many packages were lost in the mail xD

Any chance this game will have an online leaderboard via code o better yet internet connection ( like alien front online did.)

I love games with internet high scores, and with the ease of getting online now with DreamPI I think online highscores would be a great feature or stretchgoal.

Internet high scores is a possibility :)

Internet connection... well I honestly don't know if that would be cost efficient to develop, but if there's enough demand (and funds) for it, I guess it could be done. But this, I certainly can't promise.
