My (overpriced but usually reliable) isp has been off and on all day. I don't know if I'll be on today. >: (
Unless there is a guide to use an iphone4 to get a DC online.

No, it wasn't a stable connection until today, I guess everybody got paid overtime. My online dreamcast experience this weekend consisted of chu chu rocket on 3g iOS.
