Doing a hard reset of the router should reset the password back to default according to this page.

"Note: if you ever forget the new administration interface password, you can set it back to the default password by resetting the Super Hub 2 (this will also reset all other changes you have made to the device). For more information on how to do this, check Resetting my Hub."

Yeah that's what I've tried already. I looked on some forums about it and it seems a few other people have had the same issue but never got a proper answer...

As far as I'm aware the password was never changed to begin with. I'm at my parents house until September due to university being closed and they said they've never changed the password. We've tried a bunch of generic ones but none of them are working so I'm kinda out of ideas...
I know it prompts you to when you first access the settings...Apparently you can reset the password if you hold the reset button for sixty (!) seconds.

Now I just need to setup port forwarding really quickly
