SO far fix
Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer - Won't boot with NEO4ALL. Unplayable.
Windjammers - The main menu text is hidden, but if you keep hitting the confirm button you'll get into a game. From there on it's fine. Playable.
Samurai Shodown RPG - Makes it to the splash screen but won't load beyond that. Unplayable.
Fixed the above :) any fixed glitches in kof94 and others :)

Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer[a] is a 1995 superhero-themed head-to-head fighting game produced by Technos Japan Corp. for the Neo Geo arcade and home console. It was the company's second attempt at a fighting game, following the Neo Geo fighting game version of Double Dragon. It features character designs by artist Masami Ōbari, who previously worked on the anime adaptations of the Fatal Fury series and would later work on the short anime adaptation of The King of Fighters XV. Ports of the game were released for the Neo-Geo CD and PlayStation in Japan only.

Thank you to all of you that has supported me over the years promise i made to ngemu.com to make a full speed compatible neogeo cd emulator for dreamcast that does not cut corners!..Now i made this promise in 2003/4 this year the whole set plus homebrew and MVs conversions you never played will be released.Then i can move on to system16 and snes :)

Any lagging of sound effects in capture is my capture on hardware; it's all spot on. I have no idea why it started doing that. Something is wrong with it. Video does not do it justice you see when you play the intro demo on real hardware it's silky smooth no idea whats going with my capture might have to upgrade again,, Not talking ps1 intro but in game intro demo.

Now outrun is another story that be major work and not first up..
There be no wip releases when it's done it be ready to play each game in my normal menu styles like tmnt collection no need to bother with chasing romsets and making cdi's

You will need a DNCD save for games to work you can create this with cyber lip or Windjammers or games like magicdropII will not boot.

Once a save is on the vmu the other games will work.
SNK protection fix needs this and static save ram.
Black screen no boot here is the fix above.

Zintrick is now posted also needs a vmu save as above.

If you have no save file many of the games will fail to boot..

I will develop a cdi that creates a save file to avoid this in the future but easy fix as above not really a bug it's how it functions.
