If true, a new edition would be preposterous. I ordered the limited edition version of Ghost blade. I'd like to think that means something. Also I want to play the best possible version of ghost blade but don't want to pay twice.
Is Rene not satisfied with shooting himself in only one foot? Must he shoot himself in the other too? Let's hope not.

Makes no sense to alienate your fanbase. It's not like the customer base on dreamcast is so big that you can afford to piss it off.

My thoughts exactly.

There's like 7 Dux/Redux versions/revisions that I can think of already. If it's worked for him before, I suppose he sees no reason to change that.

And who suppose fault is that? When many dc fans support this.. I will understand if one game have many bugs and release a free updated version for those who buy the first edition before.

If there was going to be a jewel case edition, he should have just offered it from the beginning. But no, he didn't cause he knows the hardcore will throw down another 60 bucks to have this revision. I honestly prefer my DC games in Jewel cases, and I probably would have ordered this version, but no way in hell am I rebuying the game from them that I bet will see 3 more revisions.

I could not see any mention of this jewel case edition on the hucast facebook page. Perhaps it's an older post. Seriously one version of ghost blade is all we need; a sequel now that's a different story.

There was no actual announcement but someone ask in the comments if he planned on it and he answered yes.

Obviously. That's why I said "it's worked for him before". If DC enthusiasts keep buying anything DC-related they throw at us, this keeps happening.

So, as always then.

Mystery solved guys, the jewel case edition is the reprint version.

"Note: Ghost Blade reprint comes in Jewelcases (Cover, Content, and Game are still identical to the regular edition)."
