Starting A Quake Server?

Are you having trouble finding a good q3 torrent or are you having trouble getting it to install on your pc?

What format are the files that you donwloaded?

I mounted it and it brought up the install window.
But then I clicked install and the screen goes away.
Then a little demoshield thing pops up for 3 seconds
and then everything vanishes and stops.

I tried burning it to a CD and trying but that got the same results

Sorry about all the troubles you're having, if you want take a look at the major torrent sites and pick one for yourself, you might have better luck at getting one that will work for you.

Also, if you continue to have problems, I can always throw another server online, I'm already hosting *RoX* Carnage.
