Yea I had always wished SEGA and MS would form a closer relationship again. Post Dreamcast MS got an excellent deal of SEGA exclusives on the original xbox. SEGA was also one of the biggest supporters of xboxone's backwards compatibility program. Panzer Dragoon Orta was stunning on xboxone, I just wish we had gotten more original xbox games from Sega in the life of the program.

I believe it also can be some kind of Sega Forever 2.0... You can download an app for any current console/mobile where you have all the sega games. The partnership with M$ should be to use their cloud service.
