regardless of the cable, the reading mode will be MULTI WORD DMA 2, UDMA is not supported
incompatibility of SATA adapters only due to the fact that they do not fully comply with the ATA specifications

I have wondered why the result of speed test in dreamshell is always less than 95Mbit/s, At last, it turns out that It is because Iso Loader doesn't supports any reading mode which is faster than MULTI WORD DMA 2 16 MB/s(128Mbit/s).
So, It seems that there is no need to deliberately make use of IDE 80 wire cable(ATA66/100/133 UDMA3,4,5,6) because Iso Loader always set its reading speed to MULTI WORD DMA 2(ATA-2) which is just sufficient for IDE 40 wire cable(ATA33,UDMA2).

this is a limitation of the dreamcast itself
