This game gives NFL Blitz a run for its money! It's completely bonkers! lol The music is a bit weird though. It's only mono for some reason. It's not an issue with the port though as other gameplay videos I've seen have mono music as well.

There's an option in the service menu to switch between mono and stereo, you can get into it in FLycast and probably Demul (and set the buttons and difficulty levels too) but I don't know if you can get to it on a Dreamcast :/
