Monaco Time Record does not make sense

Arcade vs simulation driving model?

Too bad times can't record apart the two, I am betting all records were arcaded

Hey Guys

So the game itself sends the Lap/Track time to the server, on arrival it get stored in the DB.
The game sends the "local" time from the DC to prevent lag/sync to be a factor.

That being said, I would guess the inconsistent times are from players using somekind of modded DC?
Maybe the game sometimes misses a lap and adds together too few laps for the track time, this is just
me guessing.

But just send me an email on really clear faulty times and I can with ease remove them. I can also do script that checks for too high time-interval between first and second place, but that might be risky if someone does a really good time.

I will also extend (later) the leaderboard so you can see top 3 on each lap/track time, than it will be easier to see faulty times.

Haha Mech you will stay, just do some cleaning, when it is obvious the game reported the wrong time.

i see the times i metioned have changed but they are still not beatable if you drive the fastest lap time in each lap
