None of this matters in the creation of the CDI. It's up to the user along with their specific hardware and display to make visual adjustments to their liking.

If I understand correctly the Amiga to CDI games work in 4:3 proper aspect ratio if you have an "Auto" Feature on your 16:9 Monitor... Correct?

Otherwise its a manual Screen adjust to 4:3?

Sounds right.
Are you going to release the CDI's individually or have one big GDEMU/GDMENU download or both? Anyway, it's good to hear your GDEMU has arrived and is working and you can continue work on your project. Each CDI will need a separate folder. The menu goes in folder one and don't forget the gdemu.ini in the root.

Yes I will. I might upload the set, with every game in numbered order all ready to go. I have a blank sd card I can work with so all is good.

To get this right it's...

Game1.cdi in folder 01
Game2.cdi in folder 02

And obviously the Ini and the files created by the sd card maker?

Many recommend this card sd card manager. You can learn about it by reading the post.

As in manually doing the build. GDMEMU should be in folder 01 – games start in folder 02.

One word of caution. Builds with many games can take a long time to load because of needing to open each game to access the ip.bin to get the game title.

The various sd card maker apps have an option to fast load the disc title.

See post #25. I'd do a small build of just a few games to test out. Pretty sure you can drag & drop all the CDI's at once then do a name sort.

I actually got a 4:3 LCD computer monitor a few years ago back when I volunteered at the local elementary school library. They were out in the hall, and I was playing a bit coy about them and, surprisingly, I was offered one. It's not really a big deal to have a 4:3 aspect ratio monitor. I still await a 4:3 CRT monitor for 480p visuals, but that one still illudes me.
