I think you should try contacting him via email. He can be contacted from the site, and also he made this program himself, from scratch. I reckon he is pretty intellegent to do so many things just for one game.

This game is part of a series that started on Saturn, or Genesis/Megadrive, but it had english versions released on Saturn. It is pretty popular in Japan, and was released on PC also I believe.
