After updating DreamPi to 1.8, and troubleshooting my router and finally getting through all the darn in-game setup, and loading from VMU 18 times, I got to the dreampipe server selection and disconnected. :(

Dreampi 1.8 DLE is only compatible with RPI 2 and 3?
Last image don't boot on RPI1, the model that always I used without problems.

Amazing work guys!! Brilliant to have such a classic game available online again. Hoping to update my DreamPi image this weekend, and might even see if I can partake in some races! :D

I haven't tested it but it should work fine. It was just updated to Raspbian Buster which is supposed to work with all Pi models.

I should hope it remains compatible with mine, since I purchased it from the DreamPi team!

People are still saying its down. I was on it earlier so I can say it did work. I just think the server is down right now

Hi sonic! It failed to me too. At this moment I remember that maybe I need to update the dreampi image... But maybe I don't need this update and only is the server now.

I'm still trying with another card to update the RPI1, maybe my firmware is too old and needs to be updated before plug the new image with the new distro. (sudo rpi-update).

The writen card with last image (1.8) looks fine and I can see in Linux the partition, the new files... Tried on a Rpi3 and fails too, don't boot. No video too.

At same time I will check if server returns. ;-)

Hey guys, how can I update the VM (DC-PC Method) to make it compatible with Daytona USA?

Daytona server is back up. Friendly reminder please disconnect and save after each race :) spread the word!
Also make sure everyone has port forwarding or dmz setup before launching a game.

I had a quick glance @ GameFAQs (I won't compromise my account with DL'd save but mere curiosity), were there vehicles unlocked exclusively from network play? Or are the same ones by dominating offline campaign?
