Intrepid Izzy: Special Edition which I check on the website and it said the game is in stock so no idea what's going on. I even sent an email 5 days ago with no response.

in july 2023 i ordered the Dreamcast Indie Sampler #3, along with the least expensive game they had at the time (Rush Rush Rally Reloaded was on sale), with the understanding that it would ship at an unspecified date late in 2024. when i checked back on the sampler listing just a couple months ago, the estimated date was updated to "October 2024."

that sounds like good news! i suppose i'll check back in this thread in a few weeks if it hasn't shipped out at the end of the month.

for what it's worth, i ordered the first dreamcast sampler (Something Cool, Vol. 1) in November 2022 and i don't remember facing any major delays aside from international shipping.

It's unfortunate that WAVE have appeared to have pretty much ceased operation, as they really were a force to be reckoned with for a brief time, and their releases were very much quality over quantity.

If it helps those in this thread, I can confirm that people I've spoken to have received WAVE orders all the way up until last week, so they're still at least fulfilling those. As for indie sampler #3, I don't think that is ever coming out. God knows what is happening with the PAL version of Driving Strikers... they said that was 100% confirmed for January

If you still have a desire to see new indies, I'd start looking towards Orc Face Games. They are developer-led, and are looking to produce a demo disc soon to tie in with the Dream Disc '24 game jam.

I'm guessing we are never seeing that PAL case Driving Strikers now.

I got a reply on Twitter, explaining what was happening and how they were moving forward but this was some time ago now, curiously; I found if you tag Falco in with the message and he replies, they seem to reply to him ... I can imagine it would be the same if The Dreamcast Junkyard picked up on it too.
I fully understand personal obligations, but it's been what, 2 years now ?

I ordered some things in December, after pestering them to re-list Driving Strikers by means of Luke Benstead who developed it. I waited until mid-February before I would follow up, just in case shipping from the UK took a long time. In Feb, even Luke said he was having a difficult time reaching them. They shipped my order 2 months late, after Luke pestered them on my behalf. I understand if they want to get out of the publishing business, but then they should get out of the publishing business. Not shipping orders placed and refusing to respond to emails is a poor way to run a company. If they want out, delist their store and move on. Don't play games with the audience.

Anyone else deal with WAVE recently? Following up my last comment in the thread, they sent me shipping confirmation but it never arrived. I'm gonna email them one last time and request a refund if nothing happens in the next few days.
